ELD is an intensive, 10-week business start-up process designed for people who want to generate a new idea for a business or have an idea and need some practical tools for moving forward.
Vision – Have you wanted to start a business but don’t know how? Do you have an idea for a business and need some mentoring on how to get going? If so, join us on this exciting journey.
Outcome
At the end of this process, you will have a Lean Business Canvas plan, and an opportunity to pitch to a panel of business people to obtain a startup microloan to start your business.
Instructors and Mentors
Teachers are local business owners and professional people who have a wealth of experience and know-how on how to start and sustain a business. Each student will also be paired with a mentor who will be a think partner for their business endeavor.
Cost
$200 for the 10-week program; partial scholarships may be available.

Start-Up Funding
Partial start-up funding via a micro-loan is available for the best business plans.
